There's a moment, and it doesn't always arrive when you expect it, when the life you built before children stops fitting the woman you've become. It might land in the first week back from maternity leave. It might land four years later, in a meeting room, when you realise you've been performing a version of yourself that no longer feels true.

Rooted & Rising is for working mothers navigating identity, career and what comes next. Not a return-to-normal programme, because there is no normal to return to. Something more honest than that: space to ground, listen, and rise into the version of your working life that actually fits the woman you are now.

Why you can trust this work

I'm an Associate Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation with a background in delivering behavioural change and culture initiatives for FTSE 100 companies. That means I bring both the rigour of applied psychology and the human warmth of coaching to every session, because lasting change requires both.

I've trained at the University of Oxford and Imperial College London among others, and spent my career helping leaders build resilience, shift mindsets, and create meaningful growth: in themselves and in the organisations around them.

What I bring to this work isn't just professional expertise, however. I'm a mother of two, and I genuinely believe that the transition into motherhood is one of the most significant and underestimated shifts a woman will navigate. You deserve support that takes that seriously.

Nature doesn’t rush its seasons, and neither should you. The framework I use draws on the natural rhythms of growth, rest, emergence and transformation, because finding your direction after motherhood is not a straight line. It is a season of becoming.
